Can a network partner you if you have a community guidelines strike?

Damn once again the thread ends in some yes and some no's. Lol as I'm faced with a hard decision right now. I have a comunity guidelines strike that should expire at the end of february. I'm currently with a network and partnered but my current contract expires in just a few days so now I have to choose between staying with my current network for 6 months but I might be making less rpm/cpm with them or leaving and joining another network which I'm talking with and I think I'd make more with them but risk them not being able to partner me until the end of the month thus not getting paid for over 20 days when the strike goes away :( this is why I really have to find out the definitive answer.

A MCN may not accept anyone who has ANY global content ID blocks or ANY strikes of any kind.

Quoted from YouTube

Requirements for adding individual channel(s):
  • Creator(s) cannot have TOU/copyright strikes or Content ID global blocks.
  • Channel(s) cannot already be associated with another MCN.
  • Partners who are spam terminated may never join MCNs.

Problem solved, you are welcome.
A few of you owe Pearl an apology.

EDIT: YDLNetwork already pointed this out,
Shane, I'm surprised someone from Vultra doesn't even know the basics of MCN's..

I shouldn't even have had to post this, look at who is telling you yes (Pearl/YDL) and look who is telling you no (Small networks/Individuals with no experience)
