I Love YTtalk
So, basically, I was wondering how you guys feel about 'call to action' mid video, for example:
A small image popping-up in the corner of the video saying 'like + sub!' (or something similar) midway through the video
A YouTuber mentioning during the video to like+subscribe
The into of a video having Like+subscribe in it
ect ect

Also let me know, if you like call to actions which do you prefer, an image or the YT'er themselves asking you to like+sub?

Also, do you use call to actions?

I ask for a like and a sub at the end of my video. I figure if they made it to the shore bs they’re more likely to oblige.
I’m a bit put off when they ask first thing in the video, like they just care about getting subs nothing else.
I don’t think I’ve ever noticed someone doing it mid video.

The pop-up is fine as long as it is small. I use one too. But the ones that stop mid video to ask for a sub/like/comment tend to get on my nerves. I mean it is ok the first time you see it, but if you sub, and watch all of their content, you hear it too much. I only ask in maybe 10% of my vids (if that often).
