Call To Action?

Okay last thread for today, never exceed three :p

Was going into a video to edit the claiming section when I noticed this new tab, never seen this before or read about it. Can't find a thread on it either, so any clue what its for? Looks like some form of ad layout, but I've never seen it before??

A call to action is when you ask people to do things at the end of the video, please like this video for example. It increases the likelihood that people will do these things. So my guess is this is just a new form of annotation

Oh great, another feature they didn't really need to add ;)
 
Its strange its only on that one video aswell, I've filled in the boxes as best as I can as it looks like an ad format, so I've done it in that method. We'll see if anything happens??
