This becomes a growing problem, because new subscribers can easily just click on one of your new uploads and think, "Oh, actually this is just crap..." This could then, quite possibly, just end up with another subscriber lost. There is a quick, and very simple way, to stop this from happening and to turn your channel in the right direction. More views, likes, comments and subscribers with this one magic trick. A playlist! But not just any playlist...

So, before you decide to make this playlist, you'll need a good few videos, preferably about 25 at the minimum. Create a new playlist and simply call it "New To My Channel?" or "New Viewer?" or "New Subscriber?" etc, etc...

Now, simply think of 5 or 6 of the best videos you've done, that you, yourself personally, maybe friends and family too, would say that the video was worth your time. Videos you think are hilarious and brilliant. Put them all into this playlist.

This playlist needs to be on your main channel page just below your channel trailer,
or if you don't have a channel trailer, just put the playlist at the very top of your main channel page.

I will now show you the proof of what actually happens when you add this
playlist to your main channel page and why this actually happens. The following views, comments,
likes and everything are all because I created this playlist. So when someone clicks on your channel name, they can automatically see this playlist. Its viewable even if you don't scroll down. Because it says "New To The Channel?" it makes the viewer say "Yes, okay I better check this out..." Most of the time, anyway.

When they click on a video on the playlist, it obviously takes them to the video, but, because the
other videos on the playlist are right beside the video, and they're good ones to, the viewer can click on a different one, and if they like it, which they should seeing as you've described it as one of your best, they'll probably watch all of them.

This, of course, will increase the views. And because there's a big 'Like' button right under the video, it's easy for them to just hit the like button before they move on to the next video. This increases likes, which increases popularity, which increases audience! And, of course, increases subscribers!

All of the videos on this playlist have over 100 views. And that's just because of the playlist. I usually get around 10-30 views on my videos. But because of this playlist, certain individual videos that I believe are good, get the amount of views, comments and likes they deserve.

Can't believe this hasn't been suggested everywhere! I made one right now and I'm 100x happier with my channel layout now. Plus I'm a letsplay channel too so there's tons of videos and little direction for a new viewer so this is awesome!

I just made a playlist with New to my channel/Pick Your Game! Not sure if it helps yet because I just did it, but I do see some new viewers watching these videos!
 
I just made a playlist like this on my channel. This is a great idea and I believe that it will work very well! Nice Idea!
