saw the same around the same dates you said before and my channel its car related stuff . i was monetized in august and at the end of september i stopped worying about how the CPM goes up and down so crazy in just one day very high 50$+ to really low 9$ the next day .....
 
my cpm held strong threw most of December tanked right after Christmas starting to inch back up now but i suppose that's kinda to be expected.
