Best time to stream

As it says in the title I'm looking to live stream every now and again to do a Q&A, I'm in the U.K. Just wandering what's the best time or day to do this?

Usually prime time is the best time to upload and stream because most people are off work, home, and online. so usually between 5-8pm. I would also check your real time views on your analytics and see what time people are usually watching your videos to see when to stream as well.

I am actually not sure on that! As far as I know you don't need to schedule but I'm not positive because I have never done a live stream before. sorry!
