Best subtitle font?

as it says Above, what's your opinion on the best font for subtitles in a video and why?

Any of the sans-serif fonts (example Arial) because they are easier to read than the serif fonts (like Times Roman)

Font is a personal choice and depends a lot on your channel and style. Definitely sans serif for computers. You can go on Google fonts and have an easy look at what different fonts look like
