best software creat 3D animation video ?

Hi John, 3DS Max from Autodesk or Maya are you top 2 professional choice although not cheap to purchase. Blender & Mudbox useful also as additional programmes.

You didn't say what you want to model.. If instead its more engineering related than AutoCad is a good industry standard although a bit basic for solid parametric modelling.
 
Blender is your only truly free program, but if you're serious about doing 3D and have the cash, grab yourself a copy of Cinema 4D
 
I've toyed with Blender before, it's decent if you want something that's free.

But I'm willing to bet there are a lot of paid programs out there that are better.
