Best reflex for video at affordable cost?

I'm not growing up with my subs, maybe because I need a good reflex to start making good focused and resolution video. Some told me about canon 1200D.. is that worth?

The quality of the videos are superb! I think its just the timing, you gotta do covers of songs before they get too mainstream, that way when it goes viral, your video will be one of the longest up which in turn will mean it could generate more views. This is where you gotta be on your toes! This is where your 'Reflexes' will come in. Defiantly a great artist ;)
