Well said. Just be Yourself. Be liked for who You are. Trying too hard to be "original" will always look fake.

I think i'm echoing what most have said but be yourself with your videos 
Someone mentioned putting yourself in the frame and i think that's a good idea. I much prefer to watch someone play a game as well as the game itself. I enjoy seeing their reactions to things that doesn't always convey in just audio.
And play games you like, not games that you think will either be popular or that no one else has done. People will respond more if they see you genuinely enjoying the game. Plus you'll be interacting with the game in a much more natural way which always comes across better
