been offered partnership

I have received a message offering me a partnership with something called Centus
I've never heard of them but they have apparently heard of me, is this spam or a scam?
Anyone shed any light on this?
Is it worth doing?
currently just a YT partner.
 
I've been approached by them also but i'm already a partner with ZoominTV. I looked at their YT channel and it had 23 subs so that killed all credibility in my eyes. How are you going to help me grow my channel when I have more subs and views than you?

They are probably not a scam network. They are just new at the market and not really knowing what they are getting into. I had a look their twitter with 8 followers and they approached BebopVox with a partnership deal.

They are not a scam, they are a CA of CreativeNation, a network that Shane from the forums runs. ;)
