Yes, but that's the desktop size. To salvage that, if you already have that on a psd file (or gimp), what you can do is just increase the canvas size. The thing with this is that all that other space in the 2120x1990 will be empty, and you need to double check that your banner is within that 2120x350 area in the middle.
You can always just start a new one using one of those templates (or make one yourself)
There are also mobile device sizes and tablet sizes, so just something to keep in mind.
