It is the same story all the time. This is like the 20th case, maybe even more where people joined ATV ready to get partnership then realize they want out so they ask for help here. Luckily though ATV do let people out now.
 
Yeah, lesson learnt hopefully.
Do your research before getting into a contract.
Hell, research the company before even considering a partnership.
Oh, and just a little tip, don't bother with partnerships until you're large enough. A debatable amount, but I would say anything under 1,000 subs isn't worth trying.
