How wonder you don`t mind them paying you for that
ATV are the only network that would accept that sort of thing, not that they're even accepting it.. Just that they don't review channels at all.
I'm not sure who is the bad guy here, Pwnage for posting stuff he shouldn't, or ATV for partnering him..

I wouldn't call a network good because they pay you... you are basically saying they are a good network because they follow the law. Other than that, any regular Youtube partner can get payed lol.
