Well that guy Priyam done the same thing as me also Youtube says on the invitation if you do not want to accept this simply IGNORE it and I did so I guess they cant just inforce it on me. So I dont care I'll get rid of that sh**

Not quite so, you can always cancel contracts like the way I did to SO MANY networks just to see what they offer and which is better and they never partnered me. Awesomeness TV was the first which partnered me without a notice and even though I didn't accept their contract.[DOUBLEPOST=1366223215,1366222698][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yes you're right and I got the exactly same email saying just ignore if you didn't apply in ATV. At the same time I had applied for RPM where I didn't want to join so I was really stuck coz I declined big networks and didnt want to any netowrk now. So I just disabled my adsense and this both networks removed me.

Yes you're right and I got the exactly same email saying just ignore if you didn't apply in ATV. It depends on what type of agreement you make, some networks have a tick box that says something along the lines of "tick here if you agree to this contract" they have the contract embedded on there and you ticking that box means you agree to it and they are well within their right to partner you if you tick that box. I have never applied through ATV so maybe you could clarify whether you actually agree to a contract upon applying? Some people tell me you do others say you don't.

Well I'm not too sure, I have applied in countless networks like fullscreen, TGS, vultra, sanect, exonia, TGN etc and I got in 95% of them but none of them partnered me without notice. While applying to awesomeness TV about few months back I don't really remember there was any box like that but if they did then why would they come back an email regarding partnership with confirmation where you actually don't have a choice? I ignored as they said if i didnt apply but they partnered me? But I had adsense disabled which saved me :) Anyway idc now, I have really high CPM with no splits and not under anyone. Just happy with my earnings and channel.

That is some really shady stuff going on there! That is very unethical in my opinion!

Yeah I understand, good on you for going without a network, I do know that some networks like to put a tick box but they do make it clear that you should read the contract so really nobody should be ticking it without reading through although many people seem to think its a ToS and just click it.

I dont have AdSense enabled.
