Aren't I supposed to get a written contract?

Jesus Christ. Really makes me wish I would have read the damn thing. I read so much stuff on this forum about how you get the contract in your email and have time to compare it against other contracts... now I find out it's a done deal for the next two years if I'm accepted. Not off to a great start with these guys... LOL

All I took away was two years and 70/30. That's it.[DOUBLEPOST=1372045789,1372045661][/DOUBLEPOST]

Doesn't letting more people in - with less requirements and faster - in turn degrade the entire quality of the network? In turn, won't that degrade the quality of the advertising partners Fullscreen attracts? Doesn't that in turn lower the CPM and total earning potential for network partners?

The only reason I applied (because I wasn't fully certain I wanted to join a network let alone this one) was because I figured I could always say no when the contract arrived.

Yeah it does. I don't like what Fullscreen are doing with this. Its certainty lowering their reputation.

Hi guys,

Can you take a look at this?

Got this in a confirmation email after submitting my "application" to Fullscreen. It sounds an awful lot like if I am accepted, I am automatically contractually "in". I thought they were to reply with terms and I had the option to sign or not? Can one of you clarify?

Don't take my advice, Im no lawyer but the last part of making the contract a sealed deal from my understanding is accepting the invite on the channel. That is how Fullscreen or what ever network it may be knows that it is the owner of the channel that wants to join the network. So there is still technically a way out. I don't know if it is legal but as of right now that seems to be the last chance out/loop hole.

It's okay. They rejected me anyway.

There seems to be a good bit of confusion, I'll try to clear it up.

That message was only a confirmation for your application, not your contract. If Fullscreen does choose to partner you a partner manager will send you a lengthy contract explaining the details. You should get the contract within a few days if accepted, and then choose whether or not to sign it.[DOUBLEPOST=1372361398,1372361244][/DOUBLEPOST]

Sorry to hear you weren't accepted. :(

I posted another thread about this:

I really don't understand why I was rejected based on what they sent back to me. Perhaps you could take a look?

I know I asked this in the end of page 2, but I'll ask again. This contract you'd receive, you'd have to sign it with a digital signature, am I right? Because I cannot see how anyone would be legally signed with a network by just hitting a checkbox on a website. Could you or anyone else partnered already clear this?

I don't quite remember but I think It was just a checkbox to sign the contract. Again I'm not to sure, I signed my contract a few months ago.
