Are longer videos better than short videos?

I think it really depends on the categorie. For me, that's something I really don't care much, as long as it's not too long (+12 min or something). If it's 3 min fine, if it's 10 fine.

I would say don't make the video any longer than it needs to be. 10-15mins does seem to be around the sweet spot but if the content only needs 4-5 mins it does better at 4-5 mins than padding the video to get to the 10 min mark. you may be able to look at the video and see if there is something else of value that you could add to the video. but don't pad a video with filler keep your edits tight and pace good.
