Anyone else having trouble with the bulk annotator?

That tool has not worked for months. I don't know about the Fullscreen one, but the one I always used stopped working. I think YouTube was against it, because it is a "bot" by their definition in the ToS. Technically, you could get a strike for using it. Read the ToS. I think it is like section H4 if memory recalls. (I reread it the other day).
