You notice it rather easily when you are still smaller. But as you grow the loss is usually completely negated by those that subscribe to your channel. It sucks, but it does happen. Just roll with it!

The next sub you get will feel even better because you've traded someone who doesn't want y our brand, for someone who does, you'll like that feeling

I don't remember "my first" but I'm still sad to lose a sub when the person is not just a number but, well, a person to me. It kinda hurts when someone comments nice things on a few videos and then just unsubs. Makes me think it was just a way to get me to check out their channel and "support" them in return.
