Anybody know any great animation software or program?

I be wanting to learn how to make some animation since the past couple of months but not sure which one would be the best software to use. Do you guys have any recommendation? Either it free or paid I don't mind as long as the basic tools is available for beginner. I also need software which is accessible for noob otherwise I be having a hard time. Thanks
