Any youtube partnership program without a contract to sign?

yeah they do as longs as your making more than $600 or more a year,

usually the network takes it % cut, then the government and finally you get whats left
 
with me they do not take taxs off. all you do is make sure you dont spend all your youtube money as the government wants there share. you could always go to who ever does your parents taxs and get them to help you for more information on the tax situation.
 
A contract is actually a good thing to have even though it may lock you in depending on the Network. Having no contract means they could do whatever they wanted with your channel/videos. They could never unlink you from cms if they wanted to do that. Anything can happen basically if you don't have a contract and you could also sue them if the Network broke the contract terms. I would always stay away from any Network without one actually.

ooh ok that sounds terrible :( well getting a partnership is simply difficulty haha! requires you to do a lot :/ I got accepted into some networks but the dam contact ah :) I guess I'll wait until I am 18+ :/ I heard there is networks that you can join at 16+? is that true :) ?

almost all network let you join under age...like i mention they require permission from your parents

That is not a case.. Think about it, if you don't have a contract then that network could potentially take 99% of your earnings, and leave you the rest

it is not really about the money. I just want to have the banner haha ;) and may a little profit but that is not my main concern
