Any tips on becoming a better acting for comedy channels?

I've been working on my comedy channel but in a very slow progress
i would like to hear suggestions to having a better comedy channel and techniques on how to become better

Talk in the mirror? watch comedy movies and write down what you think makes them a good actor... and if all else fails take classes

It is all in the writing, man. Execution is certainly important, but if your concept is bad, execution can't do a thing.

That goes both ways. If the execution is bad, doesn't matter how good the writing is lol. They are both equally important IMO.

I agree here - they're some awesome ideas that look good on paper, pulling it off is the difficult part.

Can you please clarify what you mean? Are you talking about performance anxiety, simply sounding too scripted, or just not that funny? I really think I'll be able to help you here. I did stand up comedy for about five years and became fairly successful in the local circuit before I gave it up this year to focus on my final year of university. I need the grades lol!

He's kinda right though. You lose yourself in your character and the humor in it. It's like... if you don't have to hold back you're own laughter, you're not doing it right, picturing a vivid audience helps.
