Earlier on in the year I decided I would apply to awesomness tv (which I now know was a mistake). I haven't signed any contracts or even seen one and now I'm partnered with them! any help on getting un partnered with them?

You sign the contract while applying, you may not have thought it was a contract but it was.

If you did not sign a contract or there is no legal agreement between you and them about your channel, they must release it if you ask them to. If they dont contact YouTube support, or talk to a lawyer.

A contract is not required to join an MCN and YouTube does not get involved in Network disputes. It must be dealt with directly with Awesomeness TV

AwesomenessTV supplies you with a Contract BEFORE they attempt to Partner your channel, if you applied for it, that means it asked for your Digital Signature and that was your contract right above the dotted line. 2 Year Lock In on all of your channels.

Thanks's guys! I managed to find their phone number on google (if anyone want's it to call them about un partnering it's +1(310) 601-1960) I got transferred to a guy called Aaron? Anyway he didn't pick up so I've left a voicemail, if he doesn't reply to that i'll try again tomorrow and let you know if I managed to get un partnered! oh and even if I did sign a contract (that i don't remember doing), it says you have a 30 day cancelation period? So I should be good! :-DDDDDD

If you haven't signed a contract yet then there's no way that you're locked in yet. The only problem: their partner support.With their thousands and thousands of small channel partners you messages will either not be replied to or take ages
