Any constructive criticism for my personal development channel?

I have traditionally had more ease reaching people at in personal events or live videos on facebook. However, I am trying to organize my channel on YouTube to be able to have better reach and help more people. Please provide constructive criticism, suggestions etc.

Everything looks great! Banner, thumbnails, titles, descriptions. I would say just keep at it.

looks good to me, personally I would consider making the font in the banner a little darker and create some contrast, its not even really a big deal but that's really the only constructive thing I could think of
