Another round of copyright claims for my Aquarium bubbles

Steverd

I've Got It
Just had another round of copyright claims on a few of my videos.
They are always my aquariums and terrariums with the sounds of my
aquarium bubbles in the background. I'm serious, bubbles from my aquarium.

Claims are always from TuneCore, I always dispute it, and it takes 2-4 weeks
before they usually get around to releasing it. Always frustrating,

Maybe THEY sampled my sounds and used it in their sounds? arghh

My videos are:
Phyllobates terribilis 'mint' Poison Dart Frogs Close
Galactonotus "Red" morph Poison Dart Frogs in HD

Copyright claims over bubbles? That’s just ridiculous and laughable!

That's frustrating Steve. Try writing to them to explain the problem? Otherwise, if they are being ignorant or deliberately annoying you then issue them with a court summons!. or what ever the equivalent is in your home country for wasting your time.

It would be interesting sending them a claim just for change! :p You can manipulate your audio in your video editor and upload a test unlisted video. If claimed by them there is a problem i guess,.. It would be sad to end up having claims on commercial product (if i got your post right) generated audio.
