Yea, what you do is you select the piece that has the mouse and keyboard sounds and you go to effect -> Noise Removal then click Get Noise Profile.
What you do next is you select your entire audio recording and you go to effect -> Noise Removal and then put the Noise reduction higher and click OK.
That should get rid of your Mouse & Keyboard sounds as long as the decibels aren't too loud for them, if they are it would also remove some of your actual audio recording and you don't want this to happen.
