Analytics all over the place

Guys somethings wrong with all my analytics, they're all over the place.
For example, I have 95 subs but, everyday it's updating on the analytics it's decreasing?

Anyone else have any issues?

Honestly I don't get wrapped up in analytics because it will depress you if you're a small channel trynna make it lol I go by comments and views
