Am I partnered?

Huh... That's weird. I just checked socialblade for the first time and it says that... But I don't have an adsense account
 
You're probably "partnered" with YouTube, which doesn't require any application or anything. Since you would know if you were partnered with a network, since you would've gotten a "Congrats! You've been accepted!" message, and, in the case of many, be updates frequently about what's going on within the network.

Well I was saying if you have monetization options for your videos (implying you're partnered with someone) and socialblade says no network, it means you're with adsense. I could be wrong, it's just a guess.

Just go to youtube account features
here you can check if you are partnered with any external network or just normal YouTube partner.
