Am I partnered?

I think I'm partnered, but I'm not really sure. I can use custom thumbnails, and stuff. How do I check who I'm partnered with, if at all?

If you haven't joined the YouTube open partner program ( ad-sense) or a network of some sort then your not partnered with anyone the custom thumbs and other cool stuff are offered to normal YouTubers by just confirming your account etc

And if I was partnered. Would there be a way to check? I remember filling out some sort of application to a network a couple years ago, I don't know if maybe that's there or what..

Do you have any monetization options in the "edit video" page for any of your videos? If so, you're probably partnered, and if not then probably not.

you could check social blade or go to your video manager and check if you can monetize any videos or even your youtube dashboard should give you any indication of being with adsense or a network

It does give me the option to monetize my videos.
I'm pretty sure they don't let you monetize if you're not partnered so I guess you are. Maybe put your channel name into socialblade and if it says "Networked With / Claimed By: None" like it does for mine that probably means you're partnered with youtube/adsense.

It says that I don't exist.

There are two things.
A youtube partner (just adsense).
And a network partner.

Plenty of people are just a youtube partner.
And since youtube opened that up for pretty much anyone it's not that hard anymore.
