Allowed or Not?

You seem set on using a camera to film the screen. Good luck man, I've seen some gamers do it and get away with it. But using an emulator, then FRAPS, doesn't seem like that much more work to be honest and the quality increase is insane.
 
Do anything but Nintendo games or the Shining Force series, which for some reason Sega has gotten extremely anal with anyone posting gameplay footage of those games and even gotten people's accounts terminated or banned. I do know Nintendo wouldn't do that, they would just claim it.
 
What is a FRAPS? I tried emulators before, but I don't feel good using games I haven't bought and paid for... and also my comp is just too slow to be able to record an emulated game and live commentary with audacity at the same time.
