Advice for New YouTubers

lovely post! I've seen your video's and they come up in searches for me (they're fab by the way), so it proves this works! :)
I can also attest to pokememes, as I had my magikarp video get a ton of new faces from it. Never used reddit for promotion before, but I fancy giving it a go, ill have to work out how to even find subreddits xD

Great post. It's extremely difficult to stay positive when you pour your heart and soul into videos and you don't get the results right away. However I've couped a lot better in terms of have having realistic goals. Also, it's so easy to fall under the trap of sub for sub but I agree, it's pointless since the subs will be inactive. I rather have 50 active subs than 1500000 inactive ones.

Sometimes it's better to work with the channel you already have instead of starting brand new. I dropped my 300 sub channel because of the inactive base as well as a set of actives that I got from places I don't visit any more so they have no real reason to stay on my channel. If you have over 100 subs, keep it going and ride it out until you hit a wall where it's just not viable to use that channel any more.

Thanks for giving some advice to the future starts of YouTube! A good start is everything, just keep making videos and don't stop!

A little advice from me: Do what's fun for you. I'm dead serious about that and it's SUPER important.

Results will come, but it will take time. And you really need to enjoy being youtuber to "survive" this time.
