Adsense/YT Analytics: Surviving click-bombing without a partnership?

its very rare for click bombing to happen these days with all the filters on YouTube. :D if some one gets clicked bombed these days chances are they are using websites they shouldn't. i have seen people use copyright content and blame it on click bombing when there adsence gets banned
