Adsense CPC vs CPM

so is it right what someone before stated that adsense doesn't do cpm they just do cpc? so networks will pay u for views more instead of clicks?

Networks usually pay for views. Adsense will pay you for clicks, because advertisers pay for having their ads clicked on. That is one of the reasons why Adsense makes you so much less money. People rarely click on ads placed by Adsense. Most networks sell their own ads, and they will have a higher CTR, because the ads relate more to the videos.
