It depends on what your channel is about. CreatorX is better for bloggers, TGN is for gamers, RPM has lots of gamers too. It's a personal preference.

Because they literally accepted my channel with 430 total views with no videos in 2 years... they accept anyone...

It depends on so many factors it would be close to impossible to put a CPM range on your channel from any network....

Cost per 1000 views = CPM (before split with network)
Revenue per 1000 views = RPM (After split with network)
