A little help with Third Party Content

It's because they are bigger YouTubers. Like, if Tobygames posted a video, it'd going to bulldoze it's way through.
 
However, the former is most likely to happen, and you'll just get the strike.

While there are good reasons for taking the video down, maybe editing the cutscenes out or using the audio removal tool, he's unlikely to get a strike for this unless he draws attention to it by fighting and appealing the ContentID match.
 
I love seeing a comments that says Warner brothers will take down the videos and give strikes..... Or Nintendo will give strikes.

If your video gets content ID match, it means company will take the ad profit out of the video, I still have all the batman game lets play on my channel. I even contacted Warner bros and talked to representative myself. You are fine to leave the videos as long as you acknowledge the it is content ID match.

Of course company might change their mind later, however not likely.
