Ask Jeff or Austin They work at Fullscreen. Also the ads depend on the day/month for Fullscreen. I don't think you need paypal? Im not 100% Sure on this. Just ask the Fullscreen employees and they could tell you. Also, Welcome to the forums :)
 
Where are you from? This is not really connected but a friend of mine who's partnered with RPM got his check from RPM but cannot convert it to dollars/peso since he doesn't have a US account. That's absurd.:/

CPM varies too much to give you an accurate quote. Support may be able to help you further if you talk to them and give your genre and a specific time period.
We require paypal for you to get paid. You can request a check via paypal, but we don't send out checks.
We do offer gorilla campaigns to earn extra money, though it's not recommended you do that many of them. It's a tradeoff. You can make a lot of extra money with them, but they might be offputting to your fans, so pick the ones that are related to your channel if you decide to participate.

Hey I wanted to do the gorilla campaign, but I dont have a camera to record what I say.
And i also want to ask about like the video you have to make for the gorilla campaign.
So you have to talk at least 30seconds about the topic and include at least 15 seconds of the video

Paypal is currently the only way you can recieve payments for your partner or you can try talking to the
person who recruited you about a different payment method. And different countries and the click-rate of your ads are also factors of how much you'll get from CPM (there are way more factors than this)
