I agree with the thumbnail. I'm sometimes creative, but sometimes not. I know I need to work harder on a more appealing thumbnail. Title is a good one and so is tags. Tags have done well for me. I have like 40 videos uploaded and one at almost 200k views, another at almost 100k, and a few that are around 40 -70k. The rest in between are 100 - a few thousand. I try to upload consistently once or twice a week. Do you think uploading once a week is best or uploading on teh same day each week?
