Well said boss, many people come onto Youtube to become rich and famous and after only a few videos they end up quitting because they are doing something they aren't passionate about. All about following your heart! Love your channel branding too.

Great pointers and 100% true:up2: No doubt that you got to be passionate about what you are doing or else you will lose motivation pretty fast. For 99% of all Youtubers growth will be very slow in the beginning and then you need to remind yourself why you started in the first place (hopefully because you enjoy making videos:))

There are so many channels that the new ones might take a while before they can get some views
Also, niche content might require more time than others
