3rd Party Claim Victories Stacking Up

I think I've had over 20 false third party claims this past 30 days, I have got all but one resolved pretty quickly. This kind of pisses me off but also makes me feel good that keeping a nice paper trail of any agreements and terms seems to help speed up the process. I just got a claim by Rumble.com removed on one of my first ever videos, I had to dig back into emails and YouTube messages from mid 2013 where they explained I retain rights to my video if I do a non exclusive license.

That being said, if you start to deal with anything like licensing or using questionable content, MAKE SURE you get it in writing what the terms of use are. This way if something like what's been happening to me occurs, you can quickly shoot it down. Without having something in writing, your word is just your word and will not stack up against big companies.
