Creative Nation has 90% and a 10 month contract. I'm not sure joining a different network will resolve your low percentage of monetized views though.
 
If your into gaming, then GameFuzion is really good for smaller networks! For one, you get dual partnerships with them and YouTube which you get paid by both, also they give you free games and free early access to play games. If you don't believe me then check out Sir James Gamerfuzion's channel of him unboxing free games he gets from them. Also, I am a Full-Partner and everyone is really cool and you get free intro and watermarks.

Try to avoid promoting a network by listing their site and such, even if you are with them and love it. There's not much need for free promotion of the network on the forum :)

Please refrain from linking a network's website. It's considered as a form of indirect promotion. You may express your opinions on, experiences with, and thoughts on a network, but no more than that. I've edited out your post as well.

Sign with Omnia 60/40 then after the 5 month contract ask for a better split. Omnia is the best network going.
