On the review part, I see you're asking this in a lot of other threads as well, we have a review section for that which is much more helpful for you as it would keep als the comments in one section instead of someone else's thread. Try to be a little less aggressive with asking this so directly in people's threads, to me it feels that way at least. It feels a bit as those sub4subs comments, "awesome video, plase check out my channel".

I had a very brief look at your channel, first impression is that, sorry for saying it bluntly, your content is not very good to hit large masses. Try to read more here how to improve it, make a new video and ask in a new thread for people to review it.
Quick few points, don't record vertically, add more light to your video, quality of recording doesn't seem HD, thumbnails are not very inviting, I couldn't detect any editing to "trim of the fat" and your upload frequency is irregular. Seems that you're only posting more regularly since 2 weeks.
Haven't checked your SEO and video descriptions but invest a lot of time on that as well.
