3 Million Views, Under 1,500 Subs

try to add annotations on your videos, SMALL ONES, not those huge ones that take up the whole screen! and ask for the viewers to subscribe!
I will never ask people to subscribe. I've tried annotations to other videos, but I've given that up. I have no time lately to do anything, so SEO and other video stuff is at the bottom of my list these days.

That's a crazy contrast, incorporate a call to action and end annotations if you haven't already

He said he will NEVER ask people to subscribe.. so i guess that's where he's messing up..
By he I'm assuming you mean me? How is that messing up? If people want to watch my videos they will subscribe without me asking. Me saying "Like, Comment, and SUBSCRIBE!" shouldn't matter. If anything that pisses me off when somebody does it. This is like begging for attention.

Jesus.... that is quite some ratio you got there. I wouldn't be surprised with you getting those views with what you do though haha. Congrats mate!

Great view count, yeah I hate the old like, subscribe stuff, it's very last decade, a bit like when people say a website address and start with www.
it's probably due to the shortness of your video's then anything, some are so quick it's over before the second blink so it's just the nature of your channel, nothing wrong with it, your getting the views people with 4000 subs would love anyway.

Wow! Congratulations! =) That's awesome! ^_^

About the asking for people to subscribe thing -- I totally see where you are coming from. It's super awkward and never feels right. =/ However, I recommend giving the new ending cards a try. They are really modest, quick to set up, and the click-through rate with them has been really big for me.. You don't even need an actual ending-card space for them...they still look okay plopped on a video towards the end, and you can quickly import the ending-card setup templates that you've made with previous videos (there are linked video card options such as "latest video" and "best for viewer," which is neat). ^^
