This is probably nothing to everyone else but I have just passed 1000 views on my youtube channel and I feel like I am picking up speed.

Just wish I wasn't stuck on 13 subs
 
Nice job. I am in a similar spot as you. I get around 1 sub per 100 views. Looking at many of the channels on here though, I think it's quite normal for natural subs.
