I would probably say that your views accurately reflect your subs at the moment. Also even though everybody loves dogs, you need that extra something something to make your videos really stand out.

So true.. Cute animals are very big on youtube..
It would be worth milking that concept. Find something funny that your dog does, and turn it into a little video. Invest in a new camera..
Think up a story line and try and get your dog to do crazy funny things

Hahaha, I'm trying. He always puts a shoe or something other than a toy in his mouth and does this friendly growl cry when you wake up or come home from somewhere. I'm trying to get it on camera. Thanks for checking out my channel

I have a ton of puppy and dog videos, but nobody subscribes... This month I have over 18,000 views, but I still only have 12 subscribers... how did you get so many subscribers without much exposure??? I will subscribe to the dog video guy just because I like dogs now that I have two puppies... I'm not sure why nobody subscribes to mine though, I just get random people that I don't even know why they subscribe.[DOUBLEPOST=1353468210,1353467983][/DOUBLEPOST]somehow this video was seen by a director for a show that will air on Animal Planet, and now a different puppy video of mine will actually make it on the show instead of this one... hopefully this is true, my pups will be famous! yeah but people love animals, if you catch them being cute animals, you will get tons of views

Don't!... Everyone starts out feeling like this.. Think of this stage as the beginning stage ( Which it is ).
Currently where you are, it is the most hardest to gain views and subscribers. Its hard to break into the market.
Once you are up and going, and have a constant amount of videos, and you are active - you will slowly start to gain.
When you hit your high thousand subs things jsut take over on auto

The reason anybody has a large number of views versus their subs is a little thing i like to call 'Browsing Traffic'
Remember when you first found Youtube and you could spend hours surfing random videos? that's pretty much what happens to us when people randomly see our videos, watch it, but carry on browsing and not subscribing. It's important to remember that a lot of people who browse YT don't actually have a YT account anyway, also.
