100 subs and custom URL

Finally, after 10months I made 100subs :)
I found out about this forum a long time ago but didn`t want to register until I had 100subscribers and my custom URL. I must admit it was a lot of hard work (part time work :)) and I made 80 videos for this milestone. I have chosen a niche which is kinda overwhelmed with YouTubers but if I take only part of the audience I will be satisfied. In the future when I have more time to devote for this channel I will try to think something unique which will differ me from a wide variety of other YouTubers doing same unboxing and review videos.
Registering on this forum I think is a first serious step towards improving my channel and future work. I hope I will be part of this community and learn from people who already gone through these first milestones.

If you have any comments, advises, I would be more than happy to hear from you.
 
Today I reached 200 subscribers! :) To some, it can look like a small achievement but I am proud of my small but valuable community :). Sometimes it goes down so maybe it will again be under 200, but in general, it is a slow but sure growing trend. What do you think should I do some special video like I did for 100 subscribers or I should wait for something more like 500 subscribers? :)
 
Wauw, it's crazy to think you first 100 took 10 months and your second 100 only took 3 months! It realy is an exponential growth n.n I would say, if you are happy with this milestone, share that happiness with your subscribers n.n
 
Yet another proof that you grow faster when you break the ice of first 100 subscribers! :). I think a good amount of credit for such exponential growth goes also to this forum because here I learned a lot. How to make better thumbnails, tags, where to advertise videos, and most importantly TubeBuddy! I don`t know how I lived without this tool before :). I will see if I think something smart I will do a special video if not, I will wait for the first big milestone of 500 subscribers. I believe I can do it! :)
 
Thank you all. Now it is even more 200, I was thinking it will go again below 200 :). I will try to make now one special video for 200 subscribers, they deserve it :). Especialy people who are with me since the beginning. Some of them gave me pieces of advice that were really helpful so it is important to listen to your audience.
 
Congratulations man! You are now within the top 10% of all YouTubers! It is a huge milestone! I know 100 subscribers might not seem like a lot, but it is! from now on out if you put in hard work and dedication, you will grow at any rate imaginable!

I hope so! :) yes, as the time went, I upgraded some of my recording equipment and practiced to speak more precise and faster. The editing software that I am using doesn`t support fast speed 1.25x that will be ideal for my speaking to be normal. I hope they will add that feature because now it is only 2x faster supported, and that is too fast.
