The Machinima Affiliate program has a 1 year contract, but that's not nearly as good as a full partnership

Is it? I didn't know they merged the Partner program with the Affiliate one. In that case I can't guarantee a 1 year deal.

I've heard that SocialBlade has the so called game licenses, but if one was to apply directly to RPM, not through SB, do they also have them then? And is the normal RPM contract also a year as like the SB contract?

Social Blade is just a referral site for RPM , RPM is the network. Also with gaming licenses very few Networks actually have big time licenses like many people believe they do, commentated gaming just happens to fall under fair usage (most of the time).

I know Creator X (sub-network of Fullscreen) has 1 year contract. Wasn't mentioned yet.

I believe, im not sure that Fullscreen is 1 year. Not sure I also think its leave any time. Not sure. Socialblade was 6 months not sure how much it is now.
