1-year contract - Which networks?

I was wondering what networks had a contract that would go for a year? I don't want to get into a contract, which lasts for a long period e.g. 3 years, since what I'm looking for, is pretty much just a network that I could be with for e.g. a year and then perhaps switch networks if I grew big enough to have a go at other networks also! I hope you understand what I mean...

RPM is for a year (you apply to them via SocialBlade, you have enough views for it)

TGN has no lock-in at all
ZoominTV has no lock-in for 3 months and then you get a 1 year contract.

I've heard that SocialBlade has the so called game licenses, but if one was to apply directly to RPM, not through SB, do they also have them then? And is the normal RPM contract also a year as like the SB contract?

The Machinima Affiliate program has a 1 year contract, but that's not nearly as good as a full partnership

Anything with "Machinima" in it regarding partnerships are utter b******t.
