It's interesting to read other peoples strategies, I don't have a really narrow niche myself I do videos on 3 or 4 main topics but my niche I think is more my target audience, my viewers (if analytics are to be believed) are almost exclusively 30yo plus males. This wasn't deliberate though...

There are certainly channels that cover multiple topics/subjects, but those are common interests for a certain group of people. So yeah, you make videos that those people wanna watch, otherwise you won't get views, or you won't get as many views as you can.
