Zoomin TV Network Is Not Paying

Nope it's late. There's already another thread here asking about it.

I've opened a support ticket a few days ago, I've emailed them today. No response.

Next is I'll be calling them on the phone personally after Easter.
 
Same things I did. I opened a support ticket and emailed them a few days ago too. No response. It seems that they're trying to refresh everything. New dashboard, new staffs. If you got something new from them, please share with me. thanks.

My payment arrived, about 6 days late.

Sorry to bring up a old thread, but this is related,(wasn't sure if I should start a new thread or continue this one)

Has anyone receive their August (for June) payment yet?

I was sent a email on 9th of August it says my August Payment Statement is ready, The new dashboard shows that too, but I haven't receive any payment yet. Strangely the balance on the payment page shows 0, even though my August statement does show a revenue value. It's definitely over the payment threshold for Paypal.

I never had problems with payment before, they can be a few days late, but this is the latest it had been.

I open a ticket in support days ago and haven't got a reply back.

I'm still waiting for July Payment (bank transfer)
idk if they're having problem or what exactly but i opened a ticket too like 2 days ago still waiting for a reply :/
 
Good News, they have sent me my payment for August, I was getting worried since the dashboard was changed to a new one.

Also they have replied to my 'ticket', this is what they said:


Hi,

We are solving this situation with youtube as fast as we can you will get all your earnings. So sorry for the delay:) Best​


It looks like they have started sending out the payments to their Youtube partners.

@Arno, since I just receive my payment, I hope you get yours too, I assume bank transfer takes longer than Paypal?

Well that's great news congrats :D they replied to my ticket too
yeah bank transfer and wu takes a little longer than paypal..
i should've get it like 25-28 July but it's 3 weeks late now i hope they send it this week
