Hello Folks,
I'm looking for an advice:
a freeware / GPL / adware upload sotfware for You Tube with no time limit duration (being able to upload full-lenght videos without splitting them, if and when my channel put no restrictions on it).
Any suggestion?

What do you mean man? I upload my full length videos directly from YT upload page. What problem are you having? Maybe you have the 15 min restriction? just gotta unlock it by cell phone.
 
So your having a problem with your videos being too long to upload? All you have to do is verify and email address in order to take the time limit off your video :)
